Our draft Prospectus that lays out the plan for the launch of the pilot phase of the exchange . Through 2017, we will seek feedback and input on how to refine this plan. Based on this, we will develop a plan of action. If we receive sufficient interest in this plan, the goal is to assemble the schools that will participate in a pilot, which will launch in 2018.
